At Shine Suppliers, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or further details to help process your claim. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, including return shipping costs.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and send the correct product at no extra cost.

Return Process

  • Contact our team at info@shinesuppliers.com.au or call 07 3303 8663 to request a return, quoting your order number and the reason for return.
  • We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization number.
  • Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories, and send it to the address provided.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we cannot accept returns on custom-ordered items or products that have been used, opened, or are not in their original packaging unless faulty.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval of your return.
